Mahesh Mansukhani - Chief Executive Officer
Mahesh Mansukhani has 20 years of experience leading international businesses within multiple sectors, including leading a $1.1B revenue business unit at DuPont for three years (DuPont Tyvek®). Mahesh also spent three years heading up Global Marketing and Sales Effectiveness for all of DuPont. Most recently, Mahesh served as CEO of sBiomed, a start-up commercializing the revolutionary disinfectant, Steriplex®. Before this, Mahesh served five years as President of Össur, the second largest global manufacturer of non-invasive Orthopedic and Prosthetic devices ($450M in sales). Mahesh has also served at the leadership level within the Management Consultant industry, for AlixPartners (turn-around restructuring), Answerthink/Hackett Group, and Capital Consulting & Research (strategic consulting arm of Young & Rubicam). Mahesh gained his M.B.A. from Yale University in the U.S., and completed his undergraduate and Masters degree in Finance & Accounting in the U.K.
Daniel Rubin – SVP & Chief Revenue Officer
Daniel Rubin comes to REPOWER with more than 26 years of experience in leading global and regional businesses based out of the U.S., Europe and Asia, with a strong focus on Marketing, Sales and Strategy. He has had extensive experience in developing strong partnerships with large global key accounts and channel partners to help them significantly grow their respective businesses. Most recently, Daniel was based in Singapore, where he led a multibillion dollar Pigment business for DuPont which was operating in over 90 countries and with 3,000 employees. Prior to this, he held various business roles internationally in the DuPont Coatings division which included assignments in Germany, France, Japan and Thailand. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, and Masters of Science in Economics and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
Dirk Liebich - Chief Technology Officer
Dirk Liebich is a successful serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience, driving digital transformation through strategic and technical leadership; including helping companies across a broad array of industries deploy planning capabilities to significantly improve business performance. He held various senior leadership positions with companies that pioneered innovations in business planning technology and delivered highly-respected portfolio, demand and supply chain, planning and management consulting services. He is widely respected as a thought leader around Digital Transformation, frequent guest author, book co-author and speaker. Dirk was educated in Germany, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bochum, FH Gelsenkirchen branch. Most recently he was engaged with:
· Vivanda, Inc: Co-Founder & CTO – Transformed prototype concept into comprehensive technology platform for digitizing taste, raising $2.5 million of seed financing
· Digital Tempus, Inc: Founding Principal & CTO – Management consultant, lead architect and creator of proprietary cloud-based, multi-dimensional portfolio management and planing platform, including patented forecast performance simulation capabilities
Joseph Barghouthi - Vice President of Business Development
Joseph Barghouthi has been with REPOWER since 2011, and has served in numerous positions throughout his tenure. Joseph began his career with REPOWER as a Franchise Advocate, and was responsible for training and supporting many of the Company’s top producing Franchise Partners. As a member of the Marketing team, Joseph spearheaded REPOWER’s addition of smart home technology to our solar system offerings. Most recently, Joseph transitioned to the Business Development team, where he lead efforts to build strategic relationships with new partners inside and outside of the solar industry. Before REPOWER, Joseph was Director of Sales and Marketing for Homex, a Bay Area residential and commercial building contractor. Joseph began his career with Hilltop Lending, where he doubled revenue as Regional Manager. Joseph holds a BA in Business Management from California State University, East Bay, and an MBA from CSU Stanislaus.
Josh Schlipp - Vice President of Franchise Business Management
Josh Schlipp came to REPOWER in August of 2013 through the acquisition of Gen110, where he served as President. Before taking on the role of President of Gen110, Josh worked as the VP of Sales, where he helped build Gen110 into one of the most successful pure sales and marketing solar companies in the country. Before Gen110, Josh launched a successful building performance company in Minneapolis while simultaneously creating a 501c3 non-profit focused on renewable energy and environmental education. Josh spent the first part of his career in the non-profit environmental sector working on conservation and environmental policy. Josh holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin River Falls.
Stephen M. Schmidt - Vice President of Corporate Development, General Counsel and Secretary
Stephen Schmidt has been our Vice President of Corporate Development since July 2012. Stephen was a corporate and securities lawyer with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto for 8 years, representing numerous technology companies in all aspects of their businesses, from start-ups and acquisitions to the Initial Public Offering stage and beyond. Before Wilson, Stephen was a corporate lawyer working on leveraged buyouts with Winston Strawn in New York. Stephen was graduated from Dartmouth College with an A.B. in History and Religion, and was graduated from Northwestern University School of Law with a J.D. Stephen is licensed to practice law in New York and California.
Chris Shea - Sr. Director of Operations
Prior to joining REPOWER, Chris Shea spent 27 years leading worldwide and regional teams across the U.S., Europe and Asia, with a strong focus on Operation, Supply Chain and Services. Chris built and grew service businesses in several developing countries in the 90s for Hewlett Packard and fostered strategic supply chain relationships cutting over $100M in landed costs. He has lead diverse teams around the world with more than 6,000 employees. Most recently, Chris was an owner of one of REPOWER’s original five Franchises. In his new position, he heads the REPOWER Operations Team and has organization focused on moving customers from contract to cash in the shortest possible time, and delivering high impact supply chain solutions to our Network. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Systems from California State University, Sacramento.
